Raw Material Selection: Stainless steel raw materials (common grades such as 304/316L, etc.) from renowned steel mills such as Baosteel and Taiyuan Iron & Steel are selected. Each batch is accompanied by a Material Certificate (MTC) to ensure the purity and performance of the raw materials meet standards.
Process Design: The technical team develops customized processing plans based on product application, precision requirements, and operating environment, clearly defining process parameters and quality control points.
Precision Machining: Cutting, forming, and welding processes are executed according to the design plan. Intelligent equipment and tooling fixtures are used throughout the process to control processing errors and ensure product consistency.
Surface Treatment: Processes such as wire drawing, mirror finishing, electropolishing, and vacuum coating are selected according to requirements. Passivation treatment is then performed to enhance corrosion resistance.
Quality Inspection: A "three-inspection system" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection) is implemented, covering all dimensions including dimensions, surface, and performance. Only products that pass inspection can proceed to the next stage.
Finished Product Packaging: PE protective film + shockproof foam + wooden crates/steel frames are used for packaging. Product information, batch number, and protection requirements are clearly marked to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation.
