Structural composition:
Uprights: Bear the vertical loads of the greenhouse structure, requiring sufficient strength and stability.
Beams: Horizontal members connecting the uprights, supporting the covering material, and bearing horizontal loads.
Arches: Curved members supporting the covering material, bearing upward thrust and downward gravity.
Connectors: Key components that securely connect the uprights, beams, and arches.
Light Transmittance: The frame material has high light utilization efficiency.
Insulation: It has good insulation performance to maintain a suitable temperature inside the greenhouse.
Operability: It is easy to operate and ventilate/dehumidify, facilitating daily management.
Structural Strength: The layout is robust, with good wind resistance and a long service life.
Easy Installation: The frame is simple to fabricate, and on-site installation is convenient, reducing construction difficulty.
Hot-dip galvanizing: All steel components should be hot-dip galvanized to enhance their corrosion and rust resistance.
Steel cutting and blanking: Precise blanking according to design requirements, using methods such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, or laser cutting to ensure dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface.
Steel bending and forming: Steel is bent and formed as needed through cold or hot bending processes, controlling the bending radius and heating temperature to prevent cracking or deformation.
Welding and assembly: High-quality welding with aesthetically pleasing welds, reducing problems such as incomplete welds, slag inclusions, and porosity. This improves dimensional accuracy and correct installation positioning during assembly.
